You should love your body

Hey my lovelies, it's Catty here.
Today I'm going to be talking about a more serious topic but I am going to be trying to make it more lighthearted. I'm gonna be writing about body image.
So the world gives us so many expectations to live up to, about how for people to like us we have to have the 'perfect body'.
But what is a perfect body'? You can't answer it because there is no such thing. You are perfect however you are, and whether you are developing slowly or quickly we will all grow up to look differently.
You should never feel pressured by anyone to eat less, or eat more, or not eat at all in order for you to get the 'correct' figure.
If you ever feel down, talk to someone. Or research some good exercises. Maybe make a list of all the things you love about yourself, then a list of things you hate about yourself. Rip up the second lost because you should never hate anything about yourself, don't worry about things you don't have to change.
